During this period of lockdown and given the time to paint again, I focus on the market vendor’s scale a device meant for fairness and equality. It is a poignant reflection that Covid-19 does not differentiate between the poor and the rich and influentials.

Visiting Philippine artist Liby Limoso invites you, especially those who have roots from Panay Island, to his presentation to promote awareness to the indigenou...s art and old stories from Panay Island. Liby has a Master of Fine Arts degree from University of Pennsylvania and tirelessly works on preserving the indigenous culture of Panay island. It will be held at the RMC office on Saturday, October 12th,at 2:00pm. Special thanks to the Regina Multicultural Council for providing the venue.
