Last nights yoga class everyone had to do a pose of something that started with the first letter of their first name. This little one was a slithering social distance snake. Perfect for the times . These kids are seriously the best at brightening and bringing joy to everyone around them!!

Sometimes these are hard to remember to do, Sometimes these are easy to remember to do. We just need to honour where we are at and move forward one step at a time
