It's official! We're reopening on Saturday August 1st! Our team has been hard at work getting everything ready to welcome you back!

Hey friends, We're very happy to announce that we're getting ready to open when Toronto enters Phase 3. As always, your safety is our top priority, and we will be putting new policies in place so you can feel safe when you play.... We'll keep you up-to-date as we have more info. We can't accept bookings yet, but we'll let you know as soon as we can. In the meantime, stay safe and we'll see you soon!

Customers have brought to our attention that another escape room decided to open their doors in Toronto. A number of people have since asked us to open. Your safety is our primary concern and as such we are following the provincial mandate and we look forward to opening safely in the near future. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We're not happy with any of the solutions out there and we're already hard at work on a new technology platform that will let you and your team meet face to face while still social distancing to enjoy new and exciting ways to play at a fraction of the cost! All you need is a laptop! What features would you like to see if we make this happen (really soon)?."

Another batch ready for disinfection and packing! We're making and donating as many of these 100% recyclable and REUSABLE PET and VIVAK faceshields as we can. Standard PLA is porous and can't be disinfected but these can! One of these can replace a month's worth of disposable face-shields currently in circulation. We are cranking out as many as we can and we'll continue to manufacture and donate them directly to front-line workers who need them. As you know we are not open to the public but if you are a front-line worker or know someone who is and can't get access to one please contact us immediately. You can help too! If you have access to elastic fabrics (we're clean out and won't have any until May 1st) or want to support us during this time you can do so by buying a gift card. We'll all get through this. During these holidays we want to remind everyone to stay safe and do your part by staying home if you can. Our front-line heroes are risking their lives to protect ours. We wanted to provide an update on our last post. We've been 3D-printing face-shields and laser cutting PET screens. These will be donated directly to those who need it most. We can't crank out the volumes some of our maker-friends can but we selected medical grade materials in order to allow for disinfection and re-usability. The materials we are using are also 100% recyclable! Below is one of our printers hard at work... a big shout out to DigitMakers.ca your Canadian 3D printers Supplier and Shop3D.ca for helping businesses like ours help our community. We are all in this together! Even saying hello to a neighbor can change their day. Every little bit helps.

Escape Games Canada wants to thank you for the support you've given us over the last 6 years. Although most people don't realize this, we are a family business and we understand these are trying times for us all. With the inability to operate, we're in a position where we can act a bit differently to help. The government of Ontario is helping our front-line workers stop the spread of COVID-19. We thank those front-line workers, and all of those who are adhering to social dist...ancing while staying home as much as you can. The government has announced little in the way of supporting arts, culture, recreation, food services as of yet and we hope this may change in the future. Until then... We are currently looking at the feasibility of altering our fabrication capacities to help with the production of medical supplies that may be soon be in short supply. We are currently reaching out to raw material suppliers. If you know suppliers of plastics, cloth, elastics/rubber materials, chemicals, adhesives, print, paper, packaging, please tag them below. We need your help to help Canadians so that tomorrow we can go back to having fun. *Update* In accordance with making products that are safe to use for HCWs, we are currently awaiting for more specifics on what PPE and how they may need to be created. We want to make sure we are helping people safely. At this time larger manufacturers are working with our healthcare system to start producing PPE & equipment. We are establishing contact with them to see how we can directly support them.

Since the Ontario government has just issued a state-of-emergency, Escape Games Canada is closing effective immediately. We will be closed until March 31st and will monitor the situation closely.
