On Small Business Saturday, holiday shoppers in downtown Truro received a holiday shopping passport that was their ticket to winning a prize package of $800 in gift certificates. They earned a stamp for making a purchase at one of 16 shops and restaurants, and once they had five stamps, they qualified to win. Shoppers visited an average of two new shops for the first time that day! When asked what they like best about shopping downtown, we kept hearing the same responses: "awesome customer service, great shops, friendly people"
