Excellent training last night guys. Lots of progress on YGKYM and elbow power generation through partner drills.

Excellent class again yesterday! I noticed a few wondering looks to the heavens while doing squats :) 40 for every student. Let's get it up to 20 and see how we fare. Thighs like horses will help? Lap Sao Bong Sao drill practice followed with some practical applications.... Thanks for the enthousiastic and kind comments guys and happy that you enjoyed it as much as I did.
