I love utilizing oils for mood support. As s someone who has struggled with anxiety I have found such support in these little bottles! Did you know that oils are lipid soluable and due to their very small molecular size they can cross the blood brain barrier and cells as well helping to support our bodies with BALANCE These particular oils have been shown to be very supportive of the neurotransmitters whether you diffuse them, use them topically (always dilute) over the hea...rt, forearms or even on the feet to get them into the bloodstream, or internally (check supplemental facts to be sure it can be ingested on the bottle) just a drop or two a day in a capsule.
