Shame we had to pull off these Velux skylights. The roofing details were leaking and the skylights were installed dead flat, and so tight on the curbs, making them look like an aquarium after a rain and impossibleto remove without compromising the seals on the glass. New TPO roof, sloped curbs and a couple new skylights.

A beautiful replacement. The existing roof we removed was in good shape and reasonably well done. However, the ventilation for this flat roof was non existent, and caused the ply woof to dry rott and become moldy, resulting in prematurely removing the roofing. We replaced the plywood, added soffit ventilation and roof vents. Then, we install a fully adhered TPO rood system. We also replaced all the cheap acrylic dome skylights with new Velux models. An insulation/abatement team was hot on our heals to replace the insulation and deal with the mold.

Another one bites the dust.

Completely ripped this roof off, reframed and sheeted, added new posts for railings, fully adhered TPO roof, new door, metal cladding, sidding, soffit, fascia, trough, re-installed the awning, cedar deck, and railings. Peace of cake!
