Call the Clinic between 10-3 M-Th 2. Arrange a time to place your hearing aid in our Drop Off Box located outside the building 3. Staff will then give you a time to pick up your hearing aids from the Drop Off Box If the aid must be shipped to the manufacturer, staff will call you for an appointment Note: Please do not leave items in the Drop Box without an appointment 519-758-0444
