Another bathroom reno completed a couple weeks ago. Turned a shower that hadnt been used in 10 plus years into a nice open shower. Removed a wall that blocked the natural light and a raised wood platform outside the sauna. Installed a new larger vanity, vinyl plank flooring, tiled baseboard, new paint, and a larger more open shower with a shelf for shampoo. On to the next ones.

Well another project finished on a multi phase, multi year job. This was phase 3. We completed planters out front and at the side of the house and tied in a new pathway with what was completed in backyard last year. Built a new front landing and steps (just needs the aluminum railing) Also stained all the cedar fence and deck that we completed over last two summers. Customer wants to do the exterior of the home next year, cant wait.

Some projects from past few months.

My neighbor was happy with her first bathroom reno so she had me do the ensuite and next is the basement bathroom. Gave her a bigger shower and heated floors. Waiting on the new vanity but here is what is done so far.

Finished up phase 3 of a great customer's house. 2 years ago was a cedar fence, last year was a deck, this summer we tore out the back yard grass and transformed it. Next summer we move to the side and front of the house.
