So excited!! Have the podcast so now reading the book! Came yesterday and starting today....

So far so good! Day #5 . One of the things I know is how important water is for my body (and my mood!! ) so I have made a goal of drinking more throughout the day!!! Anyone else set health goals for themselves this year?
