Its Friday!!! Not that it feels any different than the rest of the week But the sun is out and we are healthy so let’s be thankful for that! Here is an upper body/cardio workout for ya! I demo the exercises with both bands and dumbbells to give you guys some variety. This is one tough upper body day, so make sure you rest in between sets and feel the burn! Happy Thursday I don’t know about anyone else but this week has been tough! I feel like I’ve been jumping through mental barriers allll week and trying to find the motivation to do the things I need to do. If your like me then you might be hard on yourself when your week doesn’t pan out the way you wanted, but in these moments I try to focus on the little victories of the week. Perhaps you worked out even when you didn’t want to, when to bed on time, or started a project t...hat you said you would. You might not have accomplished everything your said you would, but look at what you have done and be proud. We can always do better, but don’t forget to stop and appreciate your effort.
