Do you ever feel like you can’t turn your mind off as soon as your head hits the pillow? Me too! I have found that a night time routine is really the key... This is what I do so I can have a great sleep oils - 30 mins before bed - Cedarwood, tranquil, black spruce and vetiver are my favorites but there are tons to choose from limit screen time - I am bad for this one because I either am on my computer till I am ready for bed or I bring my phone to bed and keep scrolling exert energy throughout the day - a full on workout or just a walk can help you sleep so much better proper nutrition and supplements - if you are processing your food correctly and using up all the nutrients and energy from it than your body will know to rest once you go to bed I am very imperfect at this but I am working on it!
