Want your windows done and have a tall enough ladder? Um...OK! If this ladder was any taller I couldn't have done it, but fun in the windy weather of early November!

Grout lines. I like cleaning grout lines. Never thought I'd say that but they make the floor so much cleaner and brighter. Now that I've found an effective way to clean them, it's a game changer. (My apologies to the first person I tried doing grout lines for - not effective at all. I hope she asks me to do them again sometime) Picture: using scrub brush and my natural soft scrub of borax/baking soda/Castille soap.

Ever thought of wiping fingerprints off light bulbs?! Me either! Until a client asked for this light fixture to be cleaned. Once the outside is cleaned it was obvious that the light bulbs had to be cleaned. So far the most unexpected thing I've found myself compelled to clean. Cleaning light fixtures can be a pain for sure, but I don't mind as long as the client is happy for the extra time it takes. It's also satisfying to step back and see the difference.
