Essentrics with Lindsay 26.04.2021

Windmills are one of my favourite Essentrics trademark exercises. Working through muscles chains, rather than targeting isolated muslces, helps to more effectively rebalance our body. Essentrics has helped to wake up some of my weaker muscles that do not like to work, despite years and years of physio. Windmills are a great way to counterbalance our muscular imbalances caused by frequent sitting and (often) slouching in front of a computer, by opening up the chest and strengthening our back and core muscles.
