Hello Everyone, We are sorry to announce that with the current decision of the school board to close schools for the next 3 weeks we have decided to postpone Kingdom Kids for the time being as well. We apologize for any inconvenience. We will have colouring sheets and crayons available at the information booth this Sunday for anyone who didn’t not have a chance to enter the colouring contest. We will make the draw for the Easter Baskets on Sunday and announce the winners here on Facebook. We hope everyone enjoys this beautiful weather and has and amazing Easter Weekend. Hey folks just an update for our ECOG family!! I am getting used to the basement by now lol... catching up on a few things but doing well!!I’m getting tested tomorrow in the AM - will keep you posted!! Hope you all are having a great Easter weekend with your family and friends! We are having an Easter morning Service (I’ll be tucked away in the basement) but watching it from here. Our worship team is ready to lead in worship (thanks Devin Stacy and the rest of the team, and everyone else that’s involved). You will be blessed!!! Let’s celebrate the resurrection... 10:30am in the morning!!!

In the midst of navigating through circumstances, changing plans and adapting to things out of our control... I’m not looking at (perhaps) what could not happen, many things did happen... people are worth taking risks for! Because people are our greatest investment. Jesus made his life not about the institution nor the system BUT ABOUT PEOPLE. We got a call today this morning to look at the front step and this is what got delivered (picture below)...this weekend we remember... not only the sacrifice and the cost of Jesus not only laying down his life but resurrecting the reality of how much He loved us - to bring us out of the dark and into the glorious light - Easter isn’t a memorial service but a celebration of Jesus Christ and the transformation he brought to us all!! His death and resurrection brings us life... and we now can be the living reality of His Life eternal to others around us... we arn’t meant to simply go to church... but rather BE the church!!! thank you Preston Majeran Robyn Dawn and your girls for dropping this off on our front porch - so we could celebrate communion in our home. Celebrating the greatest story ever told!!!! Happy GOOD Friday to our ECOG Family and friends sorry we missed you this morning - may we continually be ever impacted by Easter story!!! Easter 2021 is for the record book and not because of Covid 19 or quarantine but by John 3:16!!!

Pastor Geoff was unfortunately in very close contact with an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19. The encounter took place at 5:30 p.m this evening, Friday April 1st. Due to this we will have to cancel our Good Friday Service. Easter Sunday Service will still be available for worship. We will stream a message from Pastor Geoff on the Big Screen in the sanctuary. Sunday service will be at 10:30 a.m. Please be assured no one from our worship team has had contact w...ith Pastor Geoff since the incident.
