I'm excited to announce that I have added Red and NIR (Near Infra Red) light therapy to some of my services to give them an extra boost. The 660 nm wavelength of red light has been proven to speed up the healing of the skin, injuries,inflammation, collagen production. The 850 nm of near infra red light helps with tendons,bones and muscles repair. The body needs red light . Its like vitamin D.
