In an effort to keep our customers informed on what the new protocol is for visiting the spa , we have uploaded our Phase 1 Guideline to the website! We are so happy to announce that Esthetics by Lucie will be re-opening on Monday, June 15, 2020! Please be patient with us, while navigate these unprecedented times and begin the process of reopening our salon under the new guidelines. For the time being, our salon will be accessible by the appointment only.... We are not currently accepting walk-ins. You are welcome to call us at 613-230-4972, and leave a message detailing your name, number and the services you wish to book. We will call you back as soon as we can to confirm the appointment. You may also send us an email at [email protected] with your service requests. Please note, for the time being, our online booking tool has been disabled. Customers are not permitted to self-book appointments. To ensure the safety and health of our clients and employees, we will be following all health and safety protocols outlined by the Ottawa Public Health. All relevant instructions will be provided to you upon booking confirmation. We will do our very best to accommodate all of our clients. Looking forward to seeing all your beautiful faces again!
