Synod Assembly 2021 will be convened next year as an online meeting; it is planned for June 25-26, 2021. Registration fees have been set at $300 per rostered/lay delegate; there is no fee for visitors whose congregational rostered and lay delegates have already registered.

A Prayer for the #InternationalDayofTolerance from the Racial Justice Advisory Committee of the Eastern Synod! #myELCIC Pray With Us: God of all people, Today is the United Nations’ International Day of Tolerance. Help us to recognize the dangers of our intolerance and to see that tolerance alone is not enough. We are meant to live in your love, following your example, to advocate for action, for justice, and for love. To do less is to turn away from Jesus’ instruction to l...ove our neighbours as ourselves. Lead us, guide us, and hold us to our promises of equity and equality and especially keep us from cowering from action in the name of our own comfort. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
