Many of us have the same complaint while we try to prevent the spread during COVID-19.... Foggy glasses from our masks! Although this is a new problem for many, it's a daily challenge for health care workers. Here are some suggestions on how to wear a mask while making sure we’re still able to see through our glasses.... Improve the seal around the top of your face by molding the mask to the bridge of your nose, or by tightening the mask so it fits snug on your face. Commercial anti-fog products can be expensive, try a home remedy. Wash your glasses with mild soap & dry with a lens cloth (or air dry). As a last resort, you can try pushing your glasses forward on your nose to allow more air to circulate & stop the fog. Let us know what works best for you!

Here are some tips for dealing with CVS: - Investing in a pair of BluTech Lenses tinted blue light filter glasses, which block out up to 455nm of harmful blue-violet light emitted by these devices. - Following the 20-20-20 rule, and focus on something else for 20 seconds, 20 feet away, every 20 minutes to rest your eyes. - Limit your time on screens or take frequent breaks if possible. - Limit time spent on smartphones and tablets, especially for children. - Get your vision checked if you experience any symptoms such as blurred vision, watery eyes or floaters.
