Made this amazing soup "Wicked Chicken Thai" from Soup Time after work today...O.M.G.!!! Delicious!!!....just add 8 cups of water..plus you can add other ingredients to gourmet them up (I added left over roast chicken breast chunks, coconut milk, garnish of green onion, and small spoon of peanut butter in bowl)..this is SOOOOO GOOD!...handy for a quick meal, we now have 12 different flavors of soups to choose from....add to gift baskets etc...Alberta made Plan that road... trip!
