Celebrating Singapore National Day!
Covid lockdown starting to ease up. Managed to get a round of golf in at the iconic Banff Springs Golf Course.
I manage to graduate from culinary school in the midst of the Covid pandemic. What I am I going to do to keep on the happy side of life?
Due to COVID 19 there will be no graduation commencement celebration as scheduled for May 18th. It is official however I have graduated from the culinary arts program. The shut down has put a bit of a hard stop to my getting hours so I may challenge the Red Seal Exam but I remain committed to my goal. As services begin to reopen I am eager to get back into the kitchen.
