I have a 2-week processing time prior to shipping or pick up but make every effort to get them out asap! ** My tumblers are completely handmade, due to this, minor imperfections are sometimes unavoidable. I make every effort to ensure your cup is perfect before sending it out to you. Colors shown may differ slightly due to different screen settings. My tumblers are not dishwasher, freezer or microwave safe and should be kept away from extreme temperatures (Ex. Hot cars). They should be hand washed ONLY! While the sealer used is durable and scratch resistant, they are not indestructible. Handle with care as dropping can cause cracking in the sealant.
