Fried Pork Chops ste...amed in a delicious ragu of ham, dill pickles and bacon served with baked potatoes. Hungarian Beef Goulash will be an excellent choice as getting into the cold days of winter. Transylvanian Goulash will be served as well. Popular Fish Cakes: Battered Fish Cakes with Hollandaise Sauce and Curry Fish Cakes with Curry Sauce. Meat Loaf Dinner with your choice of sidings. 2020... what a year! Door to door sales are not permitted this year, so I can't do my door to door Christmas Wreath sale project. The good news that my hand mad...e wreathes are still available at the New Castle Farmer's Market in Miramichi on Fridays and this coming Saturday as well between 10 AM and 2 PM. New Inventions! Battered Fish Cakes with Hollandaise Sauce became popular, I invented it this fall in 2020. Today I am adding the Battered - Curried Fish Cakes... with Curry Sauce to the list. Cappuccino Crepes with Vanilla Cream also sells very well. I am always intended in bringing brand new culinary experience to the Market beside all traditional meals. There are some new plans on the way as well! I enjoy selling my products so much at the Miramichi Farmer's Market! We need a Market like the one in New Castle and thanks to our City and leaders we can sell our products, generate a revenue and enjoy practicing our artwork!
