Hidden Storage is key to clean yet functional home! As promised, we are going to touch on 5 items that will help you with your dream home design and hidden storage is the first item on that list. We all need storage but showing all of those cabinets and handles makes your home look busy and outdated while everyone is trying to achieve that minimalistic look in their homes... the question is - where do you put all of the stuff that you’ve been collecting for all those years???... Some people will tell you that you need to declutter but let’s face it - it’s easier said than done (especially if you have young kids or grandkids who still require the same amount of space as if they live with you) :) The answer is - hidden storage with push to open doors. If designed right it will both serve as beautiful feature wall with parts of that millwork being exposed to showcase some of that clutter that we’re allowed to show (we call it decorating) and the rest of the stuff (that is actually being used and is not always as pretty as the decorative pieces) we can store behind those hidden doors.
