We exist in spirit, body, and soul. We walk a lot about spiritually health, and we are no strangers to the benefits of eating right and exercising to maintain a healthy body. Very rarely are we taught about having a healthy soul. Our guest speaker, Miguel Sanchez, leads us through this incredible teaching on maintaining healthy soul.

Jesus said, "Go!" There was no caveat. Our mission as believer hasn't changed since he spoke those words over 2000 years ago. Our mission isn't hinged on culture or politics, so regardless of what is going on around us, his mission moves forward through us, the church.

There is no greater example of this than Jesus on the cross, forgiving those who were crucifying Him.

Pastor Rick continues his devotional series on spiritual warfare. Who are we warring against, and what do we need to do, to be aligned with our Father in this fight?

Remembering is a unique experience, it brings focus and attention to the things that matter. It also creates the lens by which we see and experience the world around us. The decisions we make are a direct result of the things we chose to remember or forget.

Who are you listening to?

Like a cake that's been in the oven for too long, it's easy to become a follower of Christ, that's been saved for too long. We can forget what being a disciple is all about. When a privilege becomes duty, and serving feels like slavery, we need to remember the testimony that each of us have. We were once dead, but are now alive.

We continue the Red Letter Challenge with the topic of of forgiveness this week. Jesus said to give away freely, the things we have freely received. As a forgiven people, we choose to forgive. It's not easy, but it's essential in apprenticing under Jesus.

Let all the type "A" personalities and people pleasers say, AMEN!!!

Reading your Bible can be overwhelming... The thought of tackiling such a large book with complex narratives and ideas, might seem like a daunting task. It's not, if you have a plan, and an understanding of just how imortant the words within it are to your success as an apprentice of Jesus.
