October 2020 Market Update. Sale prices and number of homes sold continue to rise despite the onset of the cold weather. The number of homes on the market is still down compared to last year so inventory is precious. Both condos and residential homes are seeing higher sale prices compared to last year to the tune of 16% and 25% respectively.
