Posted @withregram @vranic_homes Did you notice the change of colour on the cabinets separating the dining and kitchen? Many people don't notice, that's because it's intended to be that way. When working with an open-concept space like this one, it visually pays off to extend the kitchen space to make it look larger. A lot of my custom home builds feature open concept main floors. I'm a fan of this type of arrangement because it is airy, spacious and connected. It's ...also more accessible for the homeowners to customise based on their unique style and needs. In this Vranic Model Home project, the kitchen anchored the main floor dining room and living room. Interior designer Evelyn used a lighter tone of grey in the dining space to create a separate yet seamless transition. There was a subtle change with the hardware(from chrome in the kitchen to brush gold in the dining room). And a slight change in cabinet colour (from white in the kitchen to a soft grey colour in the dining room). What do you like most about this space? this pantry was originally planned as a corner small room with a standard door...
