Who would think that after a most challenging year my thoughts would go to my favourite things? And yet, as I look back there were many! As Evensong I would have to say things like.....thoughtful words of encouragement and support from people in the community, various acts of kindness (Be the Light page on Facebook and Keep the Cheer Here from Chamber of Commerce and all the sponsors), a plate of baked goodies handed in the door during shutdown, thank-you pictures taped to ...the windows of homes where we made deliveries. Let’s not forget the crinkling of eyes above the masks showing smiles when stopping by for curbside pickups!.......I’d love to hear some of your favourite things. In spite of the challenges, and there were many, it is hopefully the good memories that rise to the surface. Wishing you and your loved ones a Blessed New Year! See more
