With guidelines and recommendations changing on a weekly basis, we are trying to do our absolute best to keep up with the times and accommodate our guests while still maintaining a fun, safe, easy-going environment. We love being in this industry and seeing happy brides and bridesmaid parties and we will continue to do everything we can to ensure things are as normal as possible in an upside down world. With that being said, the following changes have come into effect immedi...ately to align with public health guidelines. -Masks are mandatory for everyone attending an appointment. -We have switched to a system that allows us to approve appointment times when you book online. Before appointments can be confirmed, we will forward you a quick intake form to fill out to allow more time in store for appointments and less questions/paperwork when you arrive -Appointment times may be slightly changed after you book online depending on what else is booked for the same day to allow adequate time before and after each appointment to adhere to sanitizing guidelines. -At this time, we have chose not to implement a consultation fee to cover additional costs and time related to PPE and staffing. However, we ask that our clients be respectful of the amount of time and materials that are required for each appointment and subsequent appointments thereafter. Please try to advise of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance and please make staff aware of any unique requests prior to booking (specific style/brand requirements or short deadlines) and we will be very open with you ahead of time whether or not we are able to assist in these requests.
