Ever Elsewhere

On this day exactly three years ago, we put out our very first song. Today, we’re opening the final chapter of Ever Elsewhere. Our new single Santa Cruz comes out on Monday, February 8th and it’s both a new beginning and the start of an ending. Pre-save it at http://everelsewhere.ca and read on for a little more explanation plus some good news The pandemic has upturned everyone’s lives and made all of us reevaluate our priorities. A few months in, Brenan let us know that he... would be stepping back from the band, and we decided to focus all of our energy on closing things out the right way rather than trying to drag it on. We’ll always be a little family and we’ve been able to do things with this band that we never would have dreamed of when we first started sending GarageBand demos back and forth from our basements. But it’s important to recognize when something has run its course, and it’s time to start saying goodbye. We want to make the most of the time we have left together, so we’re not going away just yet. We have not one, not two, not even three but FOUR new songs that we’ll be releasing throughout this year before we’re able to play some final shows for you. We’ve poured our hearts into these last recordings and it would mean the world to us if you’d lend us your ears. Help us end this thing right. Forever elsewhere
