CHOCOLATE BANANA MUFFINS You know just by looking at them that these are good. They're easy to make and veeeery satisfying! If you're bored and looking to do some Sunday baking, I definitely recommend trying these! There are many different variations you can do depending on the ingredients you have on hand! How I made them is: ... 2 ripe bananas, mashed 1 flax egg 1 tsp. baking soda cup coconut sugar cup peanut butter dash of salt dash of vanilla extract 2 tbsp. coconut oil, melted cup cocoa powder cup + 2 tbsp. coconut flour 1 cup oat flour (blended oats) 2 tbsp. water cup chocolate chips + more for topping Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredient into a bowl and pour into a greased or lined muffin tray. Bake for 28 mins and DONE! So delicious
SUPER SIMPLE SMOOTHIE BOWL Craving a sweet treat or something refreshing? I highly recommend a smoothie bowl!!! It takes next to nothing to make and is sooo fresh and satisfying! Plus all the toppings? Yes please!! To make this one all you need is:... 1 banana (frozen is better but still works if not) 1 cup frozen cherries + cup frozen mixed berries cup coconut milk. I also added 2 tbsp. of ground flax seed because why the fuck not? Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Top with alllllll the delicious toppings on mine is extra banan, raspberries, pb, hemp hearts, coconut and cacao nibs. Sooooo gooood!!
APPLE PIE SMOOTHIE Things are a little crazy right now. Making my own meals is veeeery therapeutic for me. I love to crank some tunes and create something delicious - like this smoothie! Apples are like mini multivitamins, they have a little bit of everything! They are amazing for detoxifying and cleansing due to their pectin! Which in turn makes them great for boosting immunity! ... This smoothie is like a dessert in a glass! I used a large red delicious apple but any apple will work! Here's the recipe: 2 tbsp ground flax seed 1 cup dairy free milk (I used unsweetened almond) 1 cup water 1 frozen bananer 1 large apple (or two small apples) tsp. ginger tsp. nutmeg tsp. cinnamon 3-4 ice cubes Throw it all into a blender and blend until smooth!! Makes two servings or one big one! Enjoy!
Hi friends hope you all are doing well during these trying times. Here's an idea for a wellness shot. You can use however much of each ingredient as you see best. I used about a 1/2 cup of water. This will make 4 shots. Best to drink within a day or two, however it will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days. Enjoy!!
