Very excited to be working on our first custom home for @truelightbuilding teaming up with @upfrontcarpentry1 to bring this custom rancher to life. Day 3 on the job. We spent the first 2 days shimming and squaring up the atrocious existing foundation as it was over 2 inches out of level from one side to the other! The hard part is done! Our first big framing job on the books! We had a great time teaming up with @butschler_construction and @upfrontcarpentry1 to completely gut this old office building. Every single piece of drywall, wire, HVAC, all the studs, the entire floor system removed and re engineered for a much better flowing open concept office space! It sure was nice working indoors for the last few months! Looking forward to coming back for the back framing stage in a few weeks!
