Just finished up bending and welding this custom 3/16 thick aluminum water tank with built in flange mounts complete with fill and drain ports. We are well equipped for building rectangular tanks, boxes, trays etc. Soon to have a new machine in the shop to build round tanks, stay tuned for that one.

With our 120 ton hydraulic break press we can easily do consistent bends on steel, aluminum and even stainless materials! Our shop rate is $95.00/hour for forming and bending. Call for a quote today @ 604-306-2750

If your ever at Costco and you see these beautiful all steel powder coated display racks with Aloe skin lotion on the shelves, chances are we might have built one! We started off repairing these units and eventually we are doing full rebuilds. When we say Everything Metal, we mean everything!

On this brand new Ram 1500 we custom designed and fabricated this all Aluminum headache rack/ signboard holder with power up/down! Also custom built an in cab control panel for the electronics. We go the extra mile to ensure the customer gets more than what they expected. Quality and Service is what you will receive at Everything Metal!

Apparently we do body work on 53 foot long scrap metal hauling trailers! We will literally work on anything that is made of metal! We fixed this up for Schnizter Steel so they can continue to safely haul their load down the highway!

We often get asked if we can weld Stainless Steel? The answer is yes!

We do runs of 1-5000 piece orders. No job to small or large. Have a plan? We will build it.

Not just a welding shop, we do Metal Processing as well. On this order we punched 374 holes and saw cut this pile of angle iron for a valued customer of ours. These were made for bracing up a big deck for an above ground pool!

At Everything Metal, we are better at metal projects than gardening, so we decided to stick to what we know on this one and built an all aluminum square tube garden trellis

On this Ford Superduty work truck we custom fabricated two aluminum toolboxes and built custom steel flip down sides for the shortbed flatdeck. We also relocated the fuel filler and DEF filler. A removable custom aluminum lumber rack was fitted to the rear of the deck as well.

Heres a pair of custom made hydraulic bi-fold ramps we designed and built from scratch for this International 5 ton truck. We also shortened the wheelbase of the truck by 2 feet and made the deck shorter to maneuver into tighter spaces on the jobsite.
