Life is not always easy, goals are not easy, but if we want something worth having, we have to be consistent, persistent and most importantly never give up. What does health and fitness means to a lot of you? for me it means being able to live a healthy life with balance and enjoyment, but it also means to be able to help others achieve their goals and to show them that yes for competitors its hard work but to live a normal healthy life style for anyone in general, it just takes time, dedication and motivation. if we fall 1000 times, we get up and try a 1001. so focus on a realistic goal, beat the obstacles one at a time and continue till you get it right. with the right attitude and balance, you and me, together we can do it..... HAVE A HEALTHY HAPPY DAY EVERYONE!!!!!

I have learned from experience that we are our own obstacle sometimes and in order to succeed, we must fight against ourselves. So our objective is to beat yourself and the fears that go against us. Beat the little voice that whispers to us saying. don't!!!!
