Faith is key for me! Two hours away from home (and headed further still) we realized our kids didn't have a key to our house, and our dog Thor was locked in the house waiting for them. Choosing faith, I stayed calm asking for help from The Universe, and a solution quickly popped into my mind. I did a quick internet search for truckers in the town we were just approaching, and with the suggestion from a woman who couldn't help us, but who gave us a lead, we were led to a compa...ny who drives from Saskatoon to this town everyday. We stopped at the post office bought an envelope went to an agreed location, dropped off the envelope with the house key, and the trucking company picked it up. The thoughtful young man where we dropped off the key phoned me when the envelope had been picked up, and easily the key got where it needed to go and our beloved Thor was rescued and all is well. Faith = asking for help + staying calm, so the parasympathetic nervous system can allow you to think. #staycalmandcarryon #faithlovehope

She put so much of her creativity and therefore her essence in all the wonderful things in this room. And he stood by her lovingly, supporting her in all of it. Yet there is a deep sadness in this room that is palpable. For now he lives in the basement and runs an Airbnb on this floor, and she is an hour away living in a care home. Let us hold those we are lucky enough to be in relationship with in tolerance, appreciation, forgiveness, Love and Gratitude. ... #loveistheonlyway
