Evolve Chiropractic is excited to announce that we will be launching two new and exciting programs in early 2021! 1) Precision Nutrition GROUP Programming In addition to the monthly appointments and online content offered in our individual program, the group program will include monthly in-person workshops and workouts (note these will be conducted via Zoom if COVID restrictions are in place) as well as access to an exclusive Facebook group and other goodies! This program wil...l be capped at 10 participants with two intakes per year! 2) Pre- and Post-Natal Treatment and Rehabilitation This program will include an access to an enhanced, pre-/post-natal focused assessment, workshops, as well as a 4-week group rehabilitation class series (8 classes) to help prevent/treat some of the more common issues to arise as a result of pregnancy including low back pain, pelvic girdle pain, and pelvic floor dysfunction among others (in addition to helping you get back to all the pre-pregnancy activities you love). Foot and ankle pain are this weeks topic. While you may have questions about what causing your pain have a look at these feet. My foot is on the far left, while it is far from perfect it is a little different from the middle and far right foot. Subtle differences are noted between each foot/ankle and can contribute to differences in how a person moves. From flattened arches known as pes planus to medial collapsed ankles (ankle valgum) these are just examples of what can contribute to errors in movement and lead to pain. If you’re experiencing any issues let us know and we would be happy to assess and educate you on how to fix your stubborn foot pain. Different treatment methods are often used as well as exercises prescribed as well as the possibility of custom made orthotics which are done in the office as well.

It’s back to buisness for us at Evolve Chiropractic. Manitoba Chiropractors are back open for full regular services. We are grateful to be able to serve Manitobans and be in a position to see everyone again and not just urgent cases as we did over the last month. The Manitoba Chiro Association wants you to know what we are doing to keep the community safe during COVID-19: Chiropractors were part of the essential services health care team and therefore are familiar with and t...aking all the necessary precautions to keep everyone safe. We are following Public Health’s strict social distancing and sanitization measures which have been done over the last month and a half since we have been open.
