Join Kylee for a journey through low intensity movement, creating space for you to be in your body, breath, heart and still mind. Kylee weaves in a live sound journey to facilitate the experience of movement from the inside out. You will explore aspects of yoga, meditation and movement. Located at Evolved Movement Arts, we have capped capacity to give you the space you need to feel and be safe. The new regulations call for 9 feet in distance and you will have 12 feet of space just for you The sessions will take place on Fridays Starting March 12 6:00-7:30pm 8:00-9:30pm You must pre-register through email: [email protected] Book Now as space is very limited Your Investment: $20 per class OR $60 for 4 Classes ($15/session!) Its been one month since Evolved Movement Arts has been closed to the public. This thriving community hub has now become a space of meditation. The plants growing in the silence with each others presence. When I visit them they are almost giddy that they have a visitor. Heres hoping and wishing we make it through this time off and become the radiant space for community that we have been pre Covid19.
