Evolve Fitness

It comes with great sadness, that I have to announce the sunsetting on evolve fitness. As of December 31st 2020, Evolve Fitness will cease to be operate. I am blessed to have made so many friendships on this journey.... I have shared laughter, tears, hugs, special times, tough times - and all of these just in my classes I want to finish by saying, that I count myself incredibly lucky. I am lucky because I got to know you all, I adore everyone of you. The classes I ran were made brilliant by everyone who showed up, and for this I am grateful I got to share them with you. I thank you for your trust and support, and I promise, when this crazy world has calmed down, and you have hugged your loved ones to near breathlessness, we will meet up over a coffee and laugh about the fun times we had.
