Always thinking about how we can add more fitness to our day!! And today is Saturday so we’ll be meeting on Zoom at 9:00 for our one-hour cardio class and 10:00 for our extended strength/stretch class. Enjoy this beautiful day.

There's good news and bad news! The good news is, tomorrow's extended cardio class is going to be in focus for the whole class!!! The bad new is, you can't "convert a video: and "record a video" on Zoom at the same time so there is no strength class for tomorrow. I have sent out the YouTube link (with an explanation) for tomorrow's class to your in-box. If you haven't received it, let me know and I'll send you the link.
