As you all know I’ve been lobbying the NL government to allow me to open as I am just as personal training studio however I do have a facility that can accommodate up to 500 members but that was never our goal at evolve fitness to be membership driven however as a business we do have to make decisions that are best for our business and yet still maintaining our goal which is to provide and environment that is non ...judgemental, not intimidating a place where you call your home. Once we are given the green light to open we will be selling 100 memberships. We are a state of the art studio/fitness centre with some of the best equipment available on the market today. We are a Personal Training Studio/W...eight loss clinic and everything I do here is one on one and therefore we might be able to get back to serving our clients as early as next Monday. Public Service announcement from Evolve Fitness. Hi Everyone we are all going through an unprecedented time and we must all do our part to hopefully help prevent the spread of this virus. While we are not able to offer you access the gym right now I will still be making myself available for all of you currently doing our program. We will still be doing our weekly check in and consultations, I will be changing and updating your meal plans based on those check ins. As long ...as we have phones and internet we can safely complete our consults. Just got of the phone with Ken Follett and because I’m away he went to the gym to do his own check in . Ken is down another 3lbs this week for a total loss of 15lbs total in just 2 weeks. Ken has also lost 9 inches combined of his waist and chest. His waist was 57inches and is now 53 and his chest was 54 and now it’s 49 and again all in just 2 weeks. One week ago today Ken Follett started our program. When he started he was 318lbs today after just one week he is down 306lbs losing 12lbs in just 1 week. On March the 2nd kens chest size was 54in today it’s 50in His waist for 57 in and today it’s 54 inches. Ken is not using any pills, he’s not doing any crazy fad diet he just followed a couple meal plans I gave him. There was also no exercise during his first week we are starting that today. That’s an amazing check in Ken and it’s only the start off what’s to come.

Just an update on one of our clients amazing Journey with us. David Thornhill started with us at the end of August.
