On our last day at the studio the sun was shining right in . Made it feel more comforting even though everything was moved out... So our first classes went off without a hitch!! We are so happy to have made this transition swift. Our new space may look a little different - but for me it is perfect.... Our first participants "enjoying" some early abdominal work! Pretty cool to still be able to be interactive with everyone. Closing day was bittersweet, but I'm choosing to focus on the SWEET. This is something we have been passionate about throughout our entire business here in Kamloops! Inviting movement as medicine and incorporating healthy movement and rituals into your daily life. Not quick fixes. Not the latest fad... Simple, effective movements that help you tune into your own body, your own breath, connect with yourself and create momentum in your life. We are so excited to have each and every one of you on this journey as we transition into a more mindful approach to health and wellness.
