Have you heard? Last week we announced our closure... We want to thank each and every one of you for providing your heartfelt sympathies to the announcement of our closure. While we are as sad as you, we want to ensure you that we will NOT be leaving you hanging. In the up-coming weeks: ... Please come in and take classes (until the 25th!), we would love to see you. We will be announcing our new name and presenting our new logo for our next adventure! We will announce what services we will offer and how you can partake. November 25th - LAST DAY! With a heavy but grateful heart we have decided to close the doors to the studio we have loved for over 10 years! Until November 25, 2020 however, we are business as usual. Please come in and take classes, we would love to see you! We want to give you time to enjoy a good belly burn, take your favourite class, and transition into the new exciting ventures we are working on. With social distancing, part of our new normal is finding ways to stay fit solo, and we are ha...ppy to transition into safe and effective online offerings! Stay tuned for more details. Update! Studio is not opening just yet--health and safety is of utmost importance, and until we feel confident in all the provinces recommendations of policies and procedures AND our ability to accommodate these protocols we will post-pone our re-opening. There is much to consider and get ready for! In the meantime we have expanded our Online classes. Check it out.

We are happy to be back to our September schedule and during these unprecedented times we have a modified schedule to welcome you back to your classes! Please visit www.evolvepilatesstudio.com for class schedule. As a reminder, we have spaced out our mats and Reformers to be over 6 feet apart from each other to allow for safe social distancing. Our classes are limited in size and we are using COVID approved cleaners to sanitize equipment. ... For Mat classes we are asking everyone to bring their own mat. This ensures that you feel confident and safe with your own clean mat. Our safety reminders: Upon entering the studio, please use the hand sanitizing station provided After placing your things in a locker, go directly to the mat or reformer room PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT for mat classes, mats will not be provided at this time. We will be using limited props so if you like certain props please bring them with you Limit the use of the bathroom and change room whenever possible Please allow social distancing or 6 feet apart from others in the lobby and in the class rooms At this time, Instructors will not be providing hands on adjustments and will limit movement around the room We look forward to welcoming you back to the studio!

UPDATE: Temporary Closure- COVID 19 It is with heavy hearts that we are closing our studio as of March 18th for classes. As a small local business this has been a very hard decision but we feel it is the right one. While we believe that exercise and relaxation are imperative in times like these, we feel it would be socially irresponsible to continue offering group classes while so many businesses in town are closing. If we all close then we have a better chance of stopping... the spread of infection together. The health and safety of our clients and staff is of utmost priority at this time. If you have any sessions currently booked we will cancel those classes and your account will be credited. For those of you with active memberships your passes will be paused and reactivated when classes resume. On a positive note, we will be offering online private sessions (you can still get that belly burn at home!) and we are exploring the possibility of offering online classes. If either of these options interests you, please let us know. We are fully committed to the well-being of our clients and as soon as we get the indication that it is safe to do so, we look forward to welcoming you back.
