Are you ready to lift?!?! With the announcement of the recent restrictions, we are excited to announce that we will be opening our doors for all your smiling faces! There are, however, restrictions still in place. As excited as we are to see you, we need to ensure the safety of our clients, members, and the public remains our top priority. The only way we will be able to continue moving forward is that we all do our part.... Therefore, while we are open, here are the details: - BOOKING BY APPOINTMENT IS MANDATORY through our website or by this link https://evolvestrength.as.me/schedule.php - MANDATORY GUIDELINES ARE TO BE FOLLOWED meaning that according to the current restrictions set forth by the Alberta Government, light intensity workouts only. Heavy intensity workouts must still be accompanied by a personal trainer. Masking is still mandatory in the facility unless you are performing exercise, though we highly recommend you still wear a mask during activity. Physical and Mental Health and Fitness have been robbed from many and it's time we can get back to work on ourselves, especially with the pandemic. We are excited to open our doors again for our members to continue their health journeys and attain higher and higher goals. With this update, please note that all paused memberships will be reactivated on March 2nd.
