The first portion of our mission statement is all about education. Education plays a vital role in everyday life but especially in the health and fitness industry. We believe that being fit is a lifestyle, and a personal journey. Fitness looks and feels different for everybody, and our goal is to provide you with the correct information to help you reach the goals you have for yourself. And if you’re unsure about how to set goals or what a realistic goal might look like, we ...are here to help you figure that out as well! More often than not, larger companies focus their attention on the bottom dollar. Many companies offer products that are complicated, costly that make us believe that being fit is hard. Or (and maybe even worse), is when a product promises if you just buy X, Y, and Z, the weight will fall off and you won’t have to change a thing! Both can be dangerous when it comes to your overall health. There is no one answer to fitness and it really does look different for every person. Here at Evolve, we want to dispel the confusion surrounding the information that is consistently being offered to us as we watch tv, or scroll through social media. Our studio will be a safe space for learning, growing and understanding your personal fitness journey and we’ll have fun doing it! Our coaches and class instructors are here to help you be the best version of yourself. You will always have someone in your corner cheering you on, helping you reach your goals and learning with you. #EvolveFam

International Women’s Day a day to celebrate how far women’s rights have come through the years. And while the progress has been good, there is still so much more work to be done. Women still have a long way to go in many industries to be recognized for the same education and achievements as men, but women continue to rise above and prove time and again how strong, resilient and inspirational they are. We believe that in order to reach our highest human potential we need to evolve in an ever changing world. Health and fitness plays a big role in being able to reach our full potential and with all the different options out there it can be confusing. We started Evolve Health and Fitness Studios in order to bring you the education you need and to empower and encourage you, so you too can evolve to your highest potential. In the coming days we will be expanding on these words and hopefully, you will see our vision come to life and want to join us on our journey of evolution.
