My personal mission statement has evolved over the years. Coming into this 10th year as a Mom and 40 trips around the sun, my vision for creating something significant is finally coming together. Finding one’s voice may take decades AND it is worth every uncertain adverse crazy ass painful moment. Sharing my toolbox This evolving way of life has led me down mega challenging and exhilarating roads. Running, short of breath, to and from adversity points, yearning for expression, authentic voice and clarity. To be seen. Collecting tools to guide me through, has been a good two decade experiment. They are fortunately now hanging out in a precious little tool box. My favourite thing to do is share ideas and referrals that can help another, especially an exhausted Mom living... in chaos. I know which tools to grab at any given time, for a friend or beautiful stranger. I know how to coach others into that strength-based place they don't even realize they occupy. My goal is to extract their heaviness by supporting people who want to feel lighter, brighter and happier. This is the place I craved and eventually found, among my own tribe.
