Here For You: Support for your business during the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) As the Coronavirus continues to spread across the globe, governments, businesses, and individuals are trying to work out what it means for them, how to protect themselves and how they can help. Life’s a bit crazy right now. But there ARE things we can control... I believe 3 things are true right now: 1. I believe coronavirus is going to get much worse before things recover. 2. I also believe that in times like this, panic is bad, but overreaction is good. 3. Finally, I believe we need to help our team, our customers, and our community. Here’s my plan to do that. My two priorities right now are providing continued and uninterrupted service to our customers and maintaining the safety and well-being of our small staff. To ensure that our team remains healthy and fully functional we have done the following: 100% home office for all 7 years ago we switched to remote work entirely and we all work from the safety of our homes. We will continue to do this. 100% ready infrastructure Our infrastructure along with our partners has been completely ready for the massive work-from-home situation long before the coronavirus outbreak. As mentioned, we have been remotely working for many years. So the system has been used, tested and ready for this situation. Because of this set-up, operations will continue as normal. What else am I doing? During these last few days, I’ve been thinking about other ways in which I/we can help you manage in this new environment and decided to put together a new page on our website dedicated to helping you in these uncertain times. It will provide guidance, tips, support, and useful tools for a small business like yours. I hope that by offering these resources for free it will create more opportunities for more people to learn new skills, assist in working remotely and quickly assist in taking more of your business online.
