The crew and I have been very busy with some new builds and Major Reno’s. With the warming temperatures we are looking forward to this years building season. Hello all, it’s been an amazing 1 year operating and running the company full time. In a pandemic we continued to grow and operate though out the main part of our construction season. I’d like to acknowledge a few members who’ve been with the company from the full time start up last year, Chris, Cody, Tommy and Uncle Ron without them we wouldn’t be able to perform these major projects. Thanks boys! Last month we wrapped up a 5 bedroom new build, this week we well be wrapping... up another 5 bedroom new build. With Multiple builds on the go yet as well as a few Reno’s we are looking forward to the winter phase of the seasons. We continually hold ourselves to the highest industry standards and national building code. With efficiency and attention to detail/quality, we are here to provide the best service we can. Also we would like to say good luck to one of our apprentices who’s writing his IP/ Redseal test this week. Give us a message for any projects you may have in mind. Another bathroom we completed earlier this month

Bathroom gut and rebuild, job scope included. -Removal of old tub and surround, replace with new -Removal of old vanity and toilet, replace with new. -New 5/8 plywood sub flooring, as the old was rotted right to the crawl space. -Drywall repairs, mud, tape and sealer... - new paint, trim - new light fixture - installation of new bathroom fan. Hello everyone, it’s been a very busy 6 weeks. Here’s a few picture updates on what the guys and I are up to. Completing multiple renovation projects and carrying forward in our new home builds. We have been running a bit thin on man power lately in the full swing of construction season. Very fortunate enough to have some of the highly skilled tradesmen with me. Each team member at EW construction takes pride in the work we do and complete. With our clientele building all th...e time it’s hard to keep up with demand, thanks for the support and good words to anyone who recommends us. I and very grateful for being able to work with a bunch of great tradesmen each and everyday side by side. The First Nations builders are here ready for any project that may come our way. Thanks for the continued support to Ochapowace, Muscowpetung First Nations and our growing clientele in treaty 4 territory.
