Well I can share my journey now that I have hit my goal. I have been doing weight loss it’s been one of the best things l have done for myself. I have lost 65 pounds and over 46 inches. I feel amazing. This wasn’t easy but anything good don’t come easy. You have to work hard at it and I did.
