Just want to thank Paul for his great help....Saturday morning I went down to my water softener to add more salt to it, I noticed that there was an error readin...g on my display. It was Saturday so I wasnt sure if anyone would be working....anyways I tried his phone number and I got a message saying please leave your name and phone number and somebody will get back to you......it wasnt half an hour later I got a call back. Paul walked me through what I had to do on my digital display....He helped me on his day off and I just wanted to thank him......I know where I will be getting my new softener shortly....
