During the most difficult time of my life in an unprecedented time: ExcellCare was there when I was lost. Both my Mother and Father had been diagnosed with COVID-19, my father in the hospital and my mother at home with Pneumonia. I was so scared and mine and the entire families hands were tied and we could not see my mother or my father. I did not... have to worry about my mother and could deal with all of the phone calls about my dad.
